All products sold by Matrix Peptides are intended strictly for research purposes. Products are not for human consumption, in vivo diagnostic use, or therapeutic application. By purchasing you confirm you are a qualified researcher.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Australian facility. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days. All orders include tracking.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
Payment
We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal and PayID. Orders are processed once payment has cleared.
Liability
Matrix Peptides is not liable for misuse of products outside their stated intended-use. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the handling and use of all materials purchased.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond shipping and payment providers.
